Balsamic Glazed Salmon


I made this recipe with a couple of variations based on what I had and oh…my…goodness. It is my husband’s favorite way to eat salmon now. I used the aged white balsamic vinegar I have and omitted the honey since the aged vinegar is already sweet and I used the roasted garlic I made instead of fresh garlic. So very delicious.

  • 2 (5 ounce) salmon fillets 
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil 
  •  2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 2 teaspoons honey 
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 
  •  1/4 teaspoon black pepper Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
