Skillet Chicken with Mustard Cream Sauce


  • 3 - 4 (6 oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts 
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper 
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced 
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth 
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream 
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard 
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme, plus more for garnish 
  • 1/2 tsp dried sage 
  • 1 tsp honey
Moist chicken breasts paired with a mustard & cream sauce, delicious! Made even better as it’s all cooked in one pan. This will be in my weekly meal rotation, it’s quick, easy, taste is fantastic.
