I loved it. I used suggestions by others and did the following: one roll of hot sausuage, one roll of mild sausage, 2 cans of rotel, and three bricks of cream cheese. I browned the meat, put it all in the crock pot on low, and ta dah! perfect.
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 8 oz block cream cheese, diced into pieces
- 1 10.5 oz can Rotel
- In large skillet brown your pork sausage until no longer pink, drain excess grease.
- Add in your cream cheese and Rotel and stir until creamy and smooth.
- Serve right away with chips or add to a small slow cooker and keep on the low/warm setting to keep warm until ready to serve.
